 Title: Experienced Bike Technician

Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated bike mechanic who takes pride in quality work and customer service. You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, new bike builds, and work directly with customers. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity for full-time, long-term employment and growth within the company. 

Responsibilities:

· Inspect, diagnose, and repair bicycles and e-bikes

· Perform tune-ups, brake, shifting, headset and bottom bracket adjustments, wheel truing, and flat repairs

· Install components, perform hydraulic brake service, basic shock and fork service, and new bike builds

· Keep track of parts inventory 

· Communicate with customers to explain repairs, cost estimates, and timelines

· Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace

· Occasionally assist in sales or customer service if needed

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional bike mechanic / repair experience

· Proficiency with most generations of bicycle components and systems (Shimano, SRAM, etc.)

· Experience working on e-bikes

· Good diagnostic skills, problem solving

· Reliable, punctual, good communication skills

· Ability to lift ~50 lbs, work on your feet, stand, crouch
